About the Event

The event will be held in the Expo Center at the Chelan County Fairgrounds site. Located only 10 minutes west of Wenatchee, this site features plenty of parking and RV camping right next door. RV parking with full hookups is available . Food will be available on-site! We have 68 tables available by reservation, so contact Dell Herring at (509) 679-8402, or del.herring301@gmail.com to reserve your spot.

Table prices are $TBD for wall tables, and $TBD for floor tables. One entry pass will be provided for each table purchased, and additional daily passes can be purchased for $TBD. Public entry into the event will also be $TBD per day, and each pass purchased will enter you for a chance to win!!

Setup will be Friday April 2nd from 1pm to 6pm. Doors open to the public on Saturday the 3rd from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday the 4th from 10am to 2pm.
